AhilTech is a suite of focused business-management products — for pharmacies, schools, clinics, hospitals, HR teams and gyms — that you run from a single account. Each product gets its own isolated workspace with its own data, users and billing.

No. AhilTech runs in your web browser. There is nothing to install and updates are applied automatically.

Yes. Every workspace is scoped to its own tenant. Data from one workspace is never visible to another, and each workspace can run on its own subdomain or custom domain.

The interface is in English and pricing is shown in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST where applicable.

Every product includes a 15-day free trial. You can explore the full feature set during the trial with no payment details required to start.

When the trial ends you choose a plan to continue. If you do not subscribe, the workspace is paused — your data is retained for a grace period so nothing is lost if you subscribe shortly after.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and popular wallets.

Yes. Most products offer monthly, quarterly, yearly and lifetime plans. Lifetime plans are a single payment with no recurring charge.

Yes. A tax invoice is generated for every payment and is available to download from your customer dashboard.

Yes. You can cancel a subscription from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Yes. Each workspace can be connected to a custom domain once you verify ownership by adding a DNS record we provide.

Yes. Tabular data throughout the products can be exported to CSV. If you leave, you can take your records with you.

Tenant workspaces are set to "no-index" by default, so they are not listed in search results. A workspace owner can opt in to public indexing if they want their tenant site to be discoverable.
